That is avoiding eating all animal, or animal-derived products. Not using products make with animal skins, bones, or by-products. Not using anything that was tested on animals. Avoiding social activities where an animal is being exploited.
That's it. It's just the conscious avoidance of any product that causes suffering or death of animals. So, go vegan & save the animals.
